- If you are submitting your iLok for License Recovery and Replacement through the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process, you may be eligible to immediately receive temporary licenses so that you can continue to use your software. Click here for information on Zero Downtime (ZDT) service. ZDT may be purchased when placing an RMA order.
